Welcome to secured by Vigilance which is overseeing and managing the security of this assignment on behalf of our customer

Please read the information below before proceeding to the visitor check-in page where you will be required to input your details. You will receive an email receipt confirming that you have successfully checked-in to site. Please click the link within the receipt email to check-out of site once you leave. All personal information will be stored in line with Vigilance’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR.

Health & safety

While on site do not put yourself or others at risk by your acts or omissions. A Health and Safety assessment has been conducted as part of the overall Risk Assessment of this site. Identified hazards will be marked; however, this is a dynamic site and new, unidentified hazards may have emerged and may not be marked or clearly visible. If you discover any unidentified health and safety issues while on site, please make the security team aware immediately. Please familiarise yourself with Vigilance’s Health & Safety Policy

The consumption of alcohol and illicit drugs is strictly prohibited within this site, and you should not enter if you are under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs.

Security

The security team are responsible for the security of the site, and may have to respond to an activity or take instruction during your visit. Please cooperate with any direction they give you if applicable. Please do not task any member of the security team directly; all directions and security instructions must be formally approved and assigned by Vigilance management. This will ensure the security effectiveness of site is not inadvertently diminished.
